Where are you located? We are located at Prisma Residences, Pasig City, corner C5, Metro Manila.

Do you have any other rooms? We only offer one 28 sq/m 1-BR unit as advertised on our page.

How many guests do you accommodate? We only accommodate 2-4 guests, as this is only a 1-bedroom unit. For the additional 4th guest, we require a fee of P300.

What time is the check-in and check-out? Flexible time but our standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.

Are pets allowed inside? Sorry, we don't allow pets inside the unit.

Is smoking/vaping allowed inside the room? Smoking or vaping is strictly not allowed inside or at the balcony.

How to reserve a date? Message us the dates you prefer and kindly wait for us to confirm the availability. To secure the dates, we require a down payment of P1,000 less from the total payment.

What are the modes of payment? We accept payment through Gcash or Bank Transfer only.

How to settle my balance? After securing the dates, the remaining balance must be fully paid before check-in. Plus, we also require a security deposit of P1,000, which shall be refunded after check-out.

Are there any requirements needed? To ensure identities, we require any valid government IDs of the guests.

Are minors allowed to book? Minor guests shall be accompanied by an adult.

Is it possible to refund or cancel my booking? Once you’ve paid the reservation fee, it is non-refundable.

Is there parking available? Basement pay-parking is available with corresponding fee per night/hour.

Does it have pool access? Yes, with an accompanying fee of P200 per guest. You can register and pay at the Ground Floor lobby.

Swimming pool schedule? It is accessible for guests every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, EXCEPT on holidays, Thursday, Friday and weekends (general cleaning/exclusive for unit owners).

Are there any convenience stores nearby? There is an available convenience store at the Basement 1 parking beside the Astra elevator. We are also near the public market and 7-11.

Can we invite other people inside the unit? Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the unit. You can entertain guests in the lounge area on the ground floor or on the roof deck.
